

Garlic…Great Glorious Garlic! You either love it or you hate it. However, I have yet to find many who truly dislike it.
Garlic is an extremely versatile ingredient as it can be used in a variety of ways. It can be roasted, baked, parboiled, or used in its raw form. It can also be used in all types of dishes including appetizers, main courses, beverages, and even deserts or snacking foods.
This book has over 100 recipes which use garlic as one of the primary ingredients. It was written with the intent of showing the reader a number of different recipes in which garlic can be put to use.
After trying some of the recipes, my hope is that the reader can be inventive and creative by using garlic in dishes they may not have considered in the past.
