Barbara E. Scherz has been in law enforcement for over twenty-five years as a private investigator, as a probation officer for the State of Florida, and then as a community service officer for the Delray Beach Police Department.
William C. Smith has been in law enforcement for over thirty years and is employed as a sergeant for the Delray Beach Police Department.
